Want to lose weight? Just follow these easy to follow tidbits of advice that I have found in my travels around the world (wide web, that is.).
And good luck!
Low fat and fat free are bad for you because the manufacturer just bumps up the sugar.
Buy full fat products.
Drink skim milk.
Don't drink skim milk, it's a byproduct that is marketed as a "health product".

Drink Almond milk.

The power of weight training cannot be underestimated.
Muscle burns more calories at a consistent pace throughout the day.
If it's not gluten free, it's not worth eating.
Whole grains are good for your body.
Replace dairy and meats with soy.
Don't eat soy, the estrogen content is much too high.

Don't eat gluten.
Avoid carbs like the plague.
A balanced diet includes a protein, carb and veggie at every meal.
