1200Km Apart, and We Still Have Coffee Dates

Last Sunday was a really special day. Teresa and I don't get to see each other very often....maybe twice a year, and when we do, we are usually meeting somewhere where are paths just happen to be crossing. Usually Grande Prairie or Calgary. Sunday though, she was able to come over to my house! We got to spend the whole afternoon chatting, watching our kids play, and of course, eating :)

As usual, I was not really on the ball when it came to capturing everyone on camera, but here's a few memories of our short and very sweet visit :)

Norah and Myka spent almost the whole afternoon in Myka's room playing dress up and "telling those knock knock jokes"

We've been taking pictures together for the last 12 years!

We made turkey soup for supper, and I found this recipe to experiment with. They turned out amazingly, and we ate most of them! Garlic crescent rolls is what they are called :)

All of the kids except Danica (who was napping) enjoying their soup and rolls!

We hope to see you again soon, Guynups!! It was fun :)
