Thankful Thursday....

1. The smell of the soup simmering on my stove right now

2. For something secret. I can't type it here because some people can't know about it yet, but I'm excited!! FYI: Not pregnant. Because I know that's the first thing that popped into your head :)

3. That even though a family member got some bad news this week, God is in control, and we have hope :)

4. Ok, enough "secret" thanks LOL. I'm thankful that I caught up on laundry today

5. That one big bear hug from Daniel can melt the days frustrations in a few seconds. Plus, he smells amazing, which never hurts!

6. That the girls played well together for "most" of today!

7. Danica's walking! I'm so thankful that we can enjoy all of these little milestones as a family.

8. That my mom is home and I got to see her this week! I missed her when she was in the Dominican :(

9. "little cutie" oranges from Costco. They make it super easy to get fruit into my girls :)

10. My new steam cleaner...now my van won't smell like Yuck anymore :D

11. That my friend is coming for dinner tonight. I love when I can share my home with friends!

12. A care package from my sister in law Jodi this week. It was full of stuff just for ME, including a Friend's trivia book, bath salts, and nail polish!

13. That it's warming up outside

14. That we live in the North. There is plenty to complain about with all the snow and cold, but yesterday when I was driving, I couldn't help but be in awe of the scenery. Mountains, beautiful snow that makes the world pure white, and clear blue skies, along with the crisp air.

15. That Danica turned one this week. It's been an amazing year with her, and I'm thankful for every day that she's been part of our family!

16. That I've been sticking to my workouts so well. It's always tough to get the motivation to do it, but I feel so amazing afterwards!

17. Danica and Myka napped at the same time today. It was heaven :)

18. The lessons I've learned this week about responsibility and finance, even if they are tough lessons to learn.

19. Long chats on the phone with my sister in law...and my other sister in law. I'm so blessed to have such an amazing family!

20. That the sun rises later in the winter...I never miss a sunrise this time of year!
