When I say "toddler" I mean Myka...although I'm sure moms of toddlers everywhere can relate.
It seems like everything you do as a mom is an invitation for your toddler:
When you bend down to pick up clothes off the floor.....they jump on for a horsey ride
When you start making supper...they hold their arms up so you'll set them on the counter to "help"
When you pour yourself a nice cold glass of sun tea...they hold their hands up and say "juice" 33 times in a row, just in case you thought you were going to actually get to enjoy your refreshing drink
When you fold laundry...they pile unfolded clothes on top of your neat piles
When you go to the bathroom...they follow you in and take off their pants and diaper, then get stuck, so they whine for your help until you are done.
When you open the fridge...they sneak in front of you so you can't close the door, then whine for everything in the fridge.
When you answer the phone...they stand there and say "hi gramma!" over and over so you can't hear the other person talk :p
When you sit down to eat your supper...they abandon their supper and want to eat everything off your plate.
When you finally fall onto the couch in exhaustion...they see a playground and just start climbing!
Notice how many times the word "whine" is in the post? Just a little glimpse into my recent life with an almost 2 year old LOL
