In my recent struggle to lose the weight I've gained after having 4 kids in 5.5 years, I've noticed that by watching my daughters' habits, I may just be able to learn a thing or two!
1. Playing is way more important than eating
2. When you do have to eat, eat just enough to fill yourself up, then get back to running around
3. Jumping on the trampoline is not only good exercise, it's also so much fun that you'll start giggling...no matter what your age!
4. Cookies are GOOD. But nibble, don't chomp :)
5. A good, solid night's sleep does awesome things for your mood and energy level.
6. Running is more fun than walking.
7. Start dancing anytime music starts playing!
8. Bathwater has very few calories.
9. Yes you CAN go an entire day on a cupful of milk and 6 cheerios
10. If 70% of your food ends up on the floor, only 30% went in your tummy. Just sayin'
Clearly, breastmilk is NOT a good supplement for weight loss :p
I'll just have to keep all that in mind........:)
